How we use it.
We use this information to prepare quotes, communicate order updates, manage production, arrange delivery or pickup, process support requests, and improve the customer portal.
Files and project data.
Uploaded files are treated as customer project materials. We use them only to assess, print, document, and support the related job unless you give us permission to feature the work publicly.
Parent company.
Heavy Rain operates under Nerdie Lab Ltd. Some operational systems, communications, and brand channels may be managed through Nerdie Lab.
