Quotes are based on the files, requirements, material choices, quantities, finish expectations, and deadlines provided. Final production may require confirmation before work begins.
Customer files.
You are responsible for having the rights to upload and print the files or references you submit. We may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, or not suitable for our equipment.
Production tolerances.
3D printed parts can vary by material, process, orientation, and post-processing. We will communicate practical limitations before production where they affect fit, strength, detail, or finish.
Payments and delivery.
Payment terms, pickup, delivery, and courier arrangements are confirmed per order. Delivery timelines may change if files require revision, material availability changes, or customer approval is delayed.
