PLA

Clean, affordable, and reliable for visual models, student projects, decor, and light-duty parts.

  • Best finish for most budgets
  • Low warp and good detail
  • Not ideal for hot cars or heavy load
Durable

PETG

A tougher choice for brackets, enclosures, outdoor items, and parts that need some flex.

  • Good layer strength
  • Better heat resistance than PLA
  • Useful for functional prototypes
Heat resistant

ABS

Strong and heat tolerant when the part needs more resilience than PLA can offer.

  • Good for housings and fixtures
  • Can be sanded and finished
  • May need more design allowance
Flexible

TPU

Flexible filament for grips, bumpers, gaskets, sleeves, and protective parts.

  • Rubber-like feel
  • Good impact absorption
  • Best with simple, supported shapes
High detail

Resin

Sharp detail and smooth surfaces for miniatures, detailed models, master patterns, and visual samples.

  • Excellent fine detail
  • Smooth surface finish
  • Less suited to heavy impact
Engineering

Nylon and carbon fibre blends

Stronger options for demanding brackets, tools, fixtures, and lightweight structural parts.
